When I was grinding on my main in Sholazar Basin in Northrend during Wrath of the Lich King, I remember the set of daily quests that were given by the Oracles Faction. Doing multiple days of dailies I finally reached revered with them and visited their quartermaster. The prize was mine. My First Mysterious Egg.
So why was this egg so important? Wrath was the expansion that had a huge rush to gain new mounts. From tigers to bears to proto-drakes. Everyone wanted a new mount to fly around in the middle of their home
